This delicious apple tart is an easy snack or weekday treat that’s both quick to make and bake. And it only has 5 ingredients! If you like, you can add some maple syrup or other condiments to it, but as such, it servers as a great snack!
1 ripe banana
0,5 cup rolled oats (or buckwheat flakes)
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of vanilla
1 apple cut into thin slices
Making the apple tart:
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then peal and mash the banana with a fork. Then add the cinnamon and vanilla and mix together. Then add about half a cup of rolled oats. The quantity will vary depending on the size of your banana. Then transfer the batter into a small pie form (coat with some coconut oil to prevent from sticking) or spring form lined with parchment paper. Slice the apple into thin slices and layer on top of the batter. Bake in the over for about 15 minutes or until slightly golden.
Serve as such or with your favorite condiment!
